Adoption…

As many of you know by now I am not Selena’s biological father… after making things difficult for several years he finally agreed to sign off so I could legally adopt my little ‘Peanut’… We’re pretty sure she had no idea what all the fuss and formality was about but it was a huge day for all of us!!

Our first house and a new arrival…

It’s actually my Mom’s house which became too much for her to maintain alone so she moved to an apartment and I bought the house…

Now we had room for Selena to get a kitten and she named it (what else?), ‘Princess’… 🙂

The girls see me fill in at a school concert…

Our good friends Scott and Wendy got married…

…and both girls were part of the bridal party…

Selena and I watch Uncle Larry play his bagpipes…

A visit to Nana’s means ‘tea time’…

Summer to fall and Selena joins me for sports and some trick-or-treating…
